How to pick a different train for Schedule Followup?

Thanks for the hint. You're right. Actions it is!
After quite a bit of playing I've found that to set the follow-up schedule for a different loco, you need to define an action with the following settings:
Type: Locomotive
ID: Pick the loco ID from the dropdown box
Command: Select 'Go' from the dropdown box
Parameter: enter the ID of the follow-up schedule.

Set this action in the 'Actions' menu on the Schedule -FollowUp tab.
You do also have to specify the next schedule on that same Follow-up tab.

That's it. Quite simple really.
So now I've got a couple of shuttle trains alternatively rolling into my terminal station.

Hi Alan,

You can download the standard plan file from launchpad (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~rocrail-project/rocrail/Rocrail/files/head%3A/rocrail/package/). This is the same plan as is included in the Ubuntu snapshot.

I had been playing with RocRail for a few days, trying to get things to work - often making mistakes. In the end some bits worked, others didn't. So I decided to start again.

First thing, I tried to remove my current plan, called Plan2 (Plan1 got lost somehow). That failed - couldn't find any file called Plan2, nor could I find any xml within the Rocrail files that mentioned Plan2.

So, to cut is short, I uninstalled Rocrail. All RocRail folders where removed and the registry was cleared of any rocrail mention. Reboot - and installl again. Started the server and then Rocview and .... up pops Plan2!!!

After a lot of digging, I finally found the missing files - in c:\windows\system32 of all places. A bit more testing revealed that indeed, if you do not specify the workspace right at the first launch of rocview, and before starting the server, then Rocview makes c:\windows\system32 the workspace.

Would it be possible to have this defaulted to mydocuments\rocrail\workspace or something else equally harmless and traceable?
Or, at least, put a warning about this somewhere in the manual/tutorial/step-by-step?

Dann wird es ja mal Zeit den Decoder in die Neuzeit zu bringen Werde beim n�chsten Treffen Peter mal fragen ob er so etwas noch einbauen kann

Tach zesammen,

nachdem nun ein paar Tage wieder ins Land gegangen sind und ich als
alter Neuling mich mit dem gelernten (Dank Dirk's Grundlagen-Vermittlung)
besch�ftigt habe (kleine Erfolgserlebnisse haben sich eingestellt) ist es nun
an der Zeit mich f�r den interessanten Tage bei allen die daf�r ihre Freizeit
zur Verf�gung gestellt haben zu bedanken.
Ganz besonders habe ich mich �ber die Nachhilfe in Sachen S88N von
RainerK zu bedanken. Darauf werden wir in Venlo einen zur Brust nehmen.
Wenn Du wieder hinkommst!!!!!!
Hilfe werde ich wohl ben�tigen an einem Problem, welches ich noch f�r
alle verst�ndlich zu Papier bringen muss.
Bis dahin viele Gr��e aus der einzigen Stadt auf der Welt die 2 Haupt-
bahnh�fe hat.

That rule was changed only just few month ago
Many chapters are not yet updated to that rule.

The most described functions are dialogs,
but often missing the descriptions of contained context menu's.
That's ugly, if a access to that functions not otherwise exist.

Hi,

kurze Frage:
Ich bin von seriell auf USB umgestiegen. Vorher hatte alles gut mit einer I/O-Karte geklappt. Ich habe nun den USB-Adapter PL2303, wie hier im Forum beschrieben unter Ubuntu am wirken.

Nun wollte ich auch wieder meine Decoder programmieren.Doch leider habe ich noch nicht rausgefunden, wie das gehen soll. Fahren kann ich. Aber beim programmieren kommt folgende Meldung in der Box:

rocs_serial_write size=1535 written=1087 errno=11
Error on mutex trywait

Evtl. kann mir einer helfen, damit ich weiterhin mit meinem Interface-Kabel fahren kann.

Hallo Huk,

Gerne gemacht.

F�r Signalen mit drei oder vier Begriffen stimmen die Eintragen f�r die Farben, nur bei zwei-begriffige Signalen nutzt Rocrail Eintrag 1 (Rot) und Eintrag 2 (Gelb).
Wenn wir beiden dies nicht im Wiki gefunden haben, denke ich das es nicht im Wiki steht.

Hallo,
das mit dem Licht verwirrt ein ja schon, aber das man eine Lok erst �ber den Navigator anmelden mu�, das nervt schon gewaltig (hat mich als Rocrail Neuling 1 Tag probieren und lesen gekostet).
Ist denn hier keine L�sung in Sicht?
�brigens:
man kann eine Lok auch �ber eine andere Software f�r Rocrail aktivieren.

ich habe es so glaube ich geschaft auf jedenfall mit der Simulation funktioniert es.

Ich habe einen Virtuellen Block 29a erstellt. Der Block 29a hat einen virtuellen Melder 29a mit der gleichen Adresse wia Melder 29.
Fahrtrichtungsgetrennt sind die Fahrstrassen 30-29 und 29-34/35 (bestehend) neu rB36/37-29a und r29a-31.
Bei der Fahrstrasse 30-29 wurde der Block 29a als kreuzender Block eingetragen.
Die Blockgruppe 29a-31 wurde gebildet.

Etwas umst�ndlich aber es funktioniert.

Somit habe ich Problem 1 gel�st, indem der Zug nur losf�hrt, wenn das Zielgleis frei ist und somit nie haltet in Block 43.
Das Problem 2 ist dadurch ebenfalls gel�st.

PS Block und Melder 29a k�nnen auf nicht Sichbar gestellt werden und st�ren so die Anzeige nicht.

Hi Rainer,

soweit wie im Wiki hatte ich das auch. Meine Denkblockade lag bei den Fahrstra�en, die von Block A wieder weiter gehen. Hier hats etwas l�nger gedauert, bis meine Synapsen das mit der Platzierung und der Fahrtrichtung verdaut hatten.

Vielleicht l�sst sich das Wiki ja um ein kurzes Beispiel erweitern, z.B. der eingleisige Knochen (wie in meinem Fall) oder man erweitert das vorhandene Beispiel mit A und KS um einen weiteren Block links neben A mit den passenden Fahrstra�en.
