No, forget it.
Android is Java and Rocrail Server is C.

You can use RC-CAB to connect directly to the CS.

RC-CAB don't work with Loconet Over TCP

Why not? It supports Loconet by TCP/IP.

[EDIT]
OK, it does not support the ASCII LocoNet protocol.
Could be added to RC-CAB.

https://code.launchpad.net/rocrail

But I will not merge ASCII Loconet in RC-CAB and andRoc is not suitable to connect directly to a command station.

Hello,

please allows me to extend this topic a little bit.

I want to use androc via rocrail (on a raspi) via a GCA85 or a MGV 101 as throttle for loconet. What I want is a much better replacement for a very simple FREDI.

Would this be a viable approach ?

Greetings Helge

Hi Helge,

andRoc already supports Loconet over GCA101.
andRoc is a wireless Throttle.
Best Regards, Rob.

Hi,
Androc supports loconet? I knew that rccab supports loconet, but not androc. I thought androc always needs the rocrail server.
Is this a new feature ?
