  • Route and occupied visualisation.
  • Function text support in throttle.
  • Loco setup as popover.
  • Default popover background.
  • Function icons.

about
"but, as you said that source of these app are available, and as I have a Mac for a long time (with xcode), i can try to compile them. In this case, no more problem"

is was an answer to YOUR post:
"But you can buy your self a Mac, download the sources of padRoc, compile it with xCode, and play it on your iPad for free. Good luck."

so, first , YOU propose to compile your source
and then you complain about that.....

Strange reaction.

I did not expect you to have a Mac, otherwise I would not have written that line.
End of discussion.

Version 197 is now available.

indeed !
I just made the update.
in the description, I see a line about function text (yeah) but also about "icon function" ...
does it means that icon (if defined) will appear in function button ?

It works !
even with icons (indeed no scaling) !
really better to use (at least with sound locos...)

as I see that technical suggestion are welcome, I will do it again but on a new subject

I tested the new version

great ! thanks i

about icon: as my icon is now correcly scaled, the little light which indicate if the function is on or off is not visible anymore.... problerm
maybe to limit the scaling at a dimension which not overwrite the indicator ?
or maybe simply change the color of the button (like in rocrail PC version) in order to indicate the on/off ?

other thing which is not new but not so pretty: the speed is send to the server only when you release the slider
it should be more "natural" to modify continously the speed during the move of the slider, and not only when you release it

Pit,

check the setup for the slider.
Its the same as iRoc:

Can you attach a sample of your function icons? (Transparent PNG)

Hi rjversluis,

1) yes, indeed, the problem was my icon not in PNG with alpha. So, now it's better. But if the icon has the points colored at the place of the indicator, the problem will remain...
2) I think there is a little bug: the button which indicate the speed. When you change the function panel from F1... F8 to F9 ... F12 via Fn button, a word ("review" or something so, i don't have the program running now) appear on the direction button in place of the speed.
3) If I understand well (which is not sure :-) ), the icon for the PC version has a 20x20 limit. But for RocPad (and mayber other client) the icon can be bigger. Correct ?
If yes, is it possible to imagine not only one type of icon linked to the loco in the table but two types: a limited one (20x20) and a bigger one (which will be use by RocPAd and others) ?

Cheers

If the function group is not one the direction button will swap its function to release as iRoc does. (Upgrade padRoc or in your case RocPad.)
The function icons are scaled.

Let me get this straight.

Given the a Iphone or Ipad costs a few hundred dollars ($300+), then they have to pay for phone service ($30+ per month), the owners of these devices are complaining about a one time $10 charge to run some excellent software? What does $10 get you? You might be able to buy a used boxcar (wagon) for $10.

I just don't get it.
