Rocnet 28 functions

Postby Liviu M » 11.11.2017, 14:37

Hi Rob,

I'm comparing right now the NMRA and Rocnet documentations about the auxiliary functions and there are some differences.
NMRA defines 4 function groups - group 1 F1..F4, group 2 F5..F12, group 3 F13..F20 and group 4 F21..F28.
In the same time, Rocnet is defining the following groups:
3 function F1-F8 F9-F16 f17-f24 changed function
"loosing" 4 functions.
Do you have any plan to make the Rocnet to use all the functions "possible" in the NMRA?

Cheers,
Liviu

Hi Rob,
thanks, I'll give it a try.
Because is easier for me to implement it, I was hoping you will adopt the NMRA formatting (F0 + F1..F4 byte one, F5..F12 Byte two, F13..F20 Byte three and F21..F28 byte four) , but I can live with this formatting also.

And thanks for giving an appropriate name to the topic.

Have a nice week-end,
Liviu
