Incorrect addressing of sensors in protocol Z21

Speed data and QoS successfully been integrated in the Z21 report in this topic.
But work with the z21 protocol is not possible due to incorrect addressing of the sensors.
If you do not use the RailCom data, then there is no problem, but as soon as we set the bus 2 in the sensor setup, in accordance with these recommendations, problems begin. The bottom line is that the sensors in bus 2 are triggered with a shift. For example, sensor 11 has worked, respectively, in bus 0 sensor 11 shows only busyness, and in bus 2 also an indicator. But in the same way the sensor 12 is activated in the bus 2 but with a zero indicator.

Please update before reporting.
For kmh and qos no sensor event is generated; It flows to the Loco because of the lack of sensor address in the packet.
The QoS is useless unless the reported loco is in a block.

Rob problem described in this topic was before the speed and QoS implementation.

What is needed for a more understandable explanation
I can shoot a screen video with sensor monitoring in the station and monitoring in Rocrail.

The bottom line is that the locomotive arrives at the sensor 7, and in addition to the sensor 7, the sensor 8 also triggers, the same happens further.
And it is in Rocrail, in the monitor of physical sensors everything is ok.
And the problem arises when you specify the sensor belonging to the bus 2.

Locomotive on sensor 7 - Rocrail shows sensor 7 and sensor 8 or only sensor 8.
locomotive on the sensor 12 and trigger sensor 13 which is on the other branch.
