[Solved] Suggested accessory order

Post by PaulXpress » 10.11.2018, 15:21

I motorized a water stick with a servomotor with a rest position and a pivoting on each side, which is possible with ESU switchpilots since it is possible to define up to 4 positions with two addresses per servomotor. Would it be possible to define accessories such as triple switches to use two addresses for this accessory?

Hi,

just use the second motor option on the interface tab.

Hi Rob,

When the object is declared as accessory the second address is grayed out and inaccessible, also the svg for the graphic representation can only have two position.

Hi Jean-Paul,

maybe you can solve your problem with actions.

Rob,

This is not really a problem for me, I can do it by declaring two accessories, it was just a RocRail improvement proposal, but it does not matter if it is too much trouble to implement .
Thank you for your answer.

Regards,
Jean-Paul

I finally made the choice to modify the "threeway-r" svg, which perfectly meets my needs.
