What is the Schedule Graph feature (Graphic Timetable)

Hi Robert,

If you have only one day then the work is not so bad.
I understand the graph time and major stations, I noted you did not have your commuter Adam-Velsen mapped. Are you only concentrating on the major trains?
Rob's diagram has square and round knots (for block where you want to stop and blocks where you do not want to stop). Eliminating the "non-stops" will get you close to your diagram, if multiple schedules are added together.

Thanks Tom

Hi Robert,

in the meantime the Schedule Graph has been extended.

See:
http://wiki.rocrail.net/doku.php?id=schedules-graph-en

The stand alone dialog shows train movements realtime.
Best Regards, Rob.

Hi Robert,

for the proposal to define distances between location there was no interest.

Thanks for the update.

None of my schedules have times since I use the timed tours function to operate all schedules.
Schedules are just links between locations and stations. Timed tours works great.

The graphic function is really a planning tool only. I don't see the value of a real time graphic function, but I do see the value of recording actual times at say stations.
It would be nice to have a list of actual arrival times at stations (block IN). If this is part of the function I will be interested to try it.

BTW. I am using and building with the modular functions for the MTG club (Like MGV) and it is great!!
