Turning on the engine (F1) before the start of the movement

Good afternoon.
Maybe someone solved this problem. Turn on the engine before starting the movement of the locomotive. At the exiting traffic lights the Green light up. The engine is turned on (F1) and after a while, given by the departure delay, the locomotion starts moving. With current settings (in the screen photographs shown), the engine is turned on (F1) simultaneously with the start of movement of the locomotion.
Perhaps someone from the users of the program solved this problem. But I think that the developer needs to add settings to solve this problem.

In addition, turning on the headlights and the spotlight (F0) of the locomotive some time before the start of the movement can also be tied to turning on the “Green” light on the exit light. The question is how to make it using the existing software tools for today.

Probably none of the users of the program did not set such a task.
Then I want to ask the software developer, Rob, is it possible to solve this issue with the existing settings?
