[Answered] What are entries with extended plan clean?

Post by Eriko » 09.12.2017, 17:21

Hi

With updating the Dutch wiki from the English wiki I come sometimes across parts where the explanations are not clear.

One is with the rocrail configuration on the tab "Analyzer", about the settings for "Extended plan clean".
http://wiki.rocrail.net/doku.php?id=roc ... plan_clean
Remove/clean entries for all issues detected by the check above
What is exactly meant by 'entries'?
Are these only the messages self or also the parts self who cause the conflicts.

Greetings, Erik

Hi Erik,

foe example:
Wiki wrote:Extended plan clean
Clean basic problems on all items

Remove/clean entries for all issues detected by the check above [²]
This will try to[1] repair all entries (problems reported in the log files and monitoring windows) detected and shown by "Extended plan check" with "Basic checks on all items" selected.

The same is for the other "check/clean option pairs", except "Clean action and condition problems" because there is not yet any implementation for repairing action and/or condition problems automatically[2].

Regards,
Lothar

[1] It will not repair all detected shown problems because some detected problems cannot be repaired automatically[2].
[2]You will have to use brain 1.0 ( ) with the hints shown using "Extended check" and one or more of the check options.

Hi Lothar

Thank you.
It seems that I was thinking in the right direction.

I'm using brain 1.1, luckily that is compatible.
