Im "Fahrstraßendialog - Weichen" fehlen noch deutsche Übersetzungen

tracknumber - Gleisnummer

I tried to update this last night in launchpad, but couldnt find.

You have to clarify this with the Launchpad support.

That is not an option because the *.po files are not part of the build process and will be frequently imported into the messages.xml.
The GNUText format is only used to make translations available through Launchpad.

The existing translations in "Act" will be updated with the translations in Launchpad this evening; last change to make corrections.

New translations will go into the development trunk. (1.3 snapshot)

Dear translators,

The language names must remain untranslated, so for example "Nederlands" will also be "Nederlands" in German and **not** "Niederländisch".

Thanks.

The English names are used for the Language menu to simplify the translations:

Hi,

i don't think that it's a good idea if the translater does the review for his own translation. The Reviewer MUST be another person, otherwise the review function makes no sense.
The reviewer has to check the translation and if he discovers a typo he has to correct it. If he discovers an error in the meaning of the word he has to discuss this with the translator and/or here in the forum.

So please check the review box and let someone review the translation.

Thanks!

Hi Christian,

you are completely right.
But maybe we should define a Guide Line for Launchpad translations...

What about this:

1.) Change:

- if you found an untranslated expression feel free to translate it.
- if you found a typo please correct it.
- if there is an expression with a false meaning discuss it before changing it.
- don't forget to check the "mark for review" checkbox for every change.

2.) Review:

- if you agree with a translation mark the checkbox.
- if you found a typo or a false meaning go back to "Change".

Hi Christian,

very good!

Maybe you can add it here:

https://translations.launchpad.net/rocr ... rail/+edit

but I do not know how to add line feeds in the text...

Hi Rob and Christian,

It's a really good idea, but at this time, i'm afraid to say that for some languages we will not have a lot of translaters & reviewers.

Sincerely

Marc

Hi,

all modifications are merged from Launchpad Translations into the language file from Rocrail; Revision 640.

The merge program had some minor bug so previous merges did not show all updates.

I hope that all is fixed now. Please check the coming snapshots.

Hi all translators,

I have uploaded a new template which contains some new words and expressions mainly for the R2Rnet.
But some translations at Launchpad do need some more attention.;-)

https://translations.launchpad.net/rocr ... ts/rocrail

Just spend some time to get your own language to 100%.

Keep up the good work!
