loco direction tab in rocview

loco direction tab in rocview

Postby joernr » 14.03.2013, 14:32

Hi,

Is it possible to change the icon for the loco direction in rocview? My problem is, that my trains are going forward from rigth to left, but the rocview arrow for forward is ">".

Best regards

Hello Joern,

Only when you compile yourself, because the symbols are included in the compile process.

Hi Joern,

I'm missing the point.

>> means FWD
<< means REV

In a circular layout it will change optically but not logically; Its just a point of view.

Answer to your Q: No. ;-)
Best Regards, Rob.

Hi Rob,

you are right, that's a point of view, but all function tabs has the possibility to change the icon, why not the direction tab to?

Best regards

UK prototype convention is for trains to travel through a station from right to left so my controller typically shows left arrow as fwd and right arrow as rev.
Which way do European trains approach a station.

Hi Jörn,

its implemented.
The image names can be set in the Rocview General tab, and the images can reside in the Rocrail server image path.
