Is there a way to prevent The Analyzer to generate unwanted routes.

Post by elibuj » 11.08.2019, 21:26

Hi,

In my plan i have a few route i don't want after running the analyzer. So i have to delete them.
But i'd like to know if there is a way to tell the Analyzer not geneting these unwanted routes.

Thanks.

Hi
The analyser uses the arrows to not generate routes in the wrong direction.

You can also change the description in the route table. That way the analyser won't generate a route if one exists.

Hi "elibuj",
you may use the track symbol "Track direction"

to generated one way routes by the Rocrail Analyser.

Thanks for the answer. Of course i use the arrow :)

My problem is that I mix bidirectional and unidirectional.

In my Plan i don't want theses routes From (bk7,bk8, bk9, bk10) To Voie_A (or Voie_B). bk7,bk8, bk9, bk10 Should only go to bk11.

But i need to keep bidirectionnal for routes like VV_01 to Voie_A (or Voie_B).

So i would like to tell the Analzer do not generate routes : bk7->voie_A, bk7->voie_B, bk8->voie_A, bk8->voie_B, bk9->voie_A, bk9->voie_B, bk10->voie_A, bk10->voie_B.
Actually I delete them after generation.

Or I don't know where to put the arrow !

This may help: an additional direction track after switch Ai15.

Hi Nicolas,

a not very well documented feature may help in your situation.
  • place a direction arrow between "Voie_A" and the double crossing "TJD-3637" pointing towards the double crossing
  • place a direction arrow between "Voie_B" and the double crossing "TJD-3637" pointing towards the double crossing
  • For both new direction arrows select "properties" and in the field "Direction exception" add VV01
(the direction arrows will be marked with an additional "E" like exception)
This will create all routes between (VV01) and (Voie_A,Voie_B) (direction allowed and "exception") but no routes between (bk7,bk8,bk9,bk10) and (Voie_A,Voie_B) (no exceptions towards (Voie_A,Voie_B) and no routes from (Voie_A,Voie_B) because forbidden by arrows between Ai15 and Ai104.

Lothar
