Statuts bulb - track power

Postby pit » 18.08.2014, 20:39

Dear friens of Rocrail,

I switch on my IB-BAsic
I launch Rocrail

and in the status buld (the indicators right-down of the window) the track power (the second one) indicator remain red
only th first and the third one are green

if I push on the "stop" button on the IB-Basic and then on the "go" button (still onthe IB-basic) then the second indicator become green

it seems that there is a problem at the startup of Rocrail ?
Or maybe I forgot something in the config of the interface ?

Cheers

Pit

Hi Pit,

the IB can be set up to either track power on ("go") or track power off ("stop") at power-on. I recommend setting it to "stop" at power-on. Rocrail and the IB should then be in sync.

Hi besra,

I don't see this option.
I see "power-off on EXIT" (i already selected this option which power-off the iB when I quit RR) but not on startup ?

Hi Pit,

My Standard Setting with my IB-COM was also "power ON on Start" not ticket.
So i started RR and then i clicked the Track Power on Bulb in RR and started my Session.
When you tick "power on at Init" the IB should power on with starting RR

Hi Pit,

the IB can be set up to either track power on ("go") or track power off ("stop") at power-on. I recommend setting it to "stop" at power-on

This is a setting of the IB itself, not of Rocrail. See "list of special options" / "special option No. 97" in the IB manual. The factory setting is "go" at power-on.

hi all

sorry for my misunderstanding
so I activate the option "go at powr on"
it works fine if you first switch on the centrale and then you run rocrail

but if you first run rocrail and then switch on the centrale, the bulb remain of course in red.

so I will change the parameters on the IB as suggested by besra !

thanks for you advices !
